Ideal from 3 months onwards, this treatment is adapted at every stage of pregnancy. A relaxing back massage, deep conditioning oils are gently applied to the stomach. Next the face is cleansed and rebalanced, includes soothing massage extending to the neck, shoulders and scalp. Massage to the lower legs and feet, restores a feeling of lightness and comfort.


A gentle and nuturing postnatal facial and body massage treatment for new and nursing mothers. This relaxing treatment helps to treat muscular aches, skin tone, fluid retention, stress and fatigue. The facial rebalances, soothes and hydrates the skin.
Please note you are very welcome to bring your new born with you. The Comfort Zone supports breast-feeding, extra time will be included to give you the time and space to feed your baby.
